You should at least inform us 15 days in advance if you want to make any changes with your stay. There is no guarantee that you will be given the same room for the extention of your stay. To short your stay, again you need to give 15 days notice and different rate will be applied for different term of stay.

Cleaning is free once a week; however, you can ask for an extra cleaning session at the cost of $60.

Check in time is 4 p.m. where the check out is 12. 15 days or more you get free pick up. 30 days or more you get pick up and drop off for free. The pick up fee for a family is $75 and for an individual is $60.

All units are equipped with a no limit high speed internet.

kitchen is fully equipped for basic cooking.

Two weeks prior to your arrival date you can make any change with no penalty. Else, your deposit will be gone.
